One point of contact with Multisafepay…
One point of contact with Multisafepay made it very easy to contact Multisafepay. We get quick and clear answers. Easy integration in the webshop framework. The pay-link is very handy for offline orders and can be customized.

Vriendelijke staff! Werknemers zijn betrokken bij de klant. Bij problemen is MultiSafepay goed bereikbaar! Weinig tot geen storingen.

Good partner for our webshop
We are working with MSP since 8 months for our webshop and are very happy working with them. We have 1 single point of contact who replies almost immediately on our questions. Also the platform where you can see the invoices, payment overviews,... is very intuitive.

Tevreden klant! Vriendelijke helpdesk en goed bereikbaar!
Na onze vorige betaalprovider waar we veel problemen mee kenden, zijn we overgestapt op Multisafepay. Sindsdien weinig problemen gekend. Goeie opvolging en vriendelijke helpdesk! Denken mee, en geven de nodige info.Ook snel en vlot bereikbaar via mail en telefoon, wat toch een must is!Aanrader!
