Wij werken al jaren met Multisafepay en in 1 woord geweldig. Service en tarieven zijn goed. Altijd netjes op tijd wordt het uitbetaald. Zeker een aanrader.

Fijne paymentprovider met goede ondersteuning.
We nemen al langere tijd diensten af van MultiSafepay. Na wat rondgezworven te hebben tussen wat paymentproviders is dit toch wel de betere. Duidelijk dashboard met alle informatie die je nodig hebt als bedrijf, daarnaast ook fijn aanspreekpunt en goede support.

Positief over de accountmanagers!
Werken sinds enkele jaren met Multisafepay. Accountmanager staat altijd klaar om wat kennis te delen, en door te denken hoe wij meer conversie kunnen bereiken. Nette prijzen en hebben zeer veel koppelingen (vraag naar de mogelijkheden :) ) Niet alleen een payment provider dus.

The partner you need for online payment
The real strength of Multisafepay is the people behind Multisafepay. They provide a customer service experience that's 5 star worthy. Aside from the good service / support, the Multisafepay platform works nicely and gives us the info we need. Our bussiness users get insight in the payment process without having to pass through our finance cell. This is something we opted for, to have less overhead, because the platform is user friendly and doesn't require an IT or finance background.
