"Helpful but needs better communication practices from Multiplier"
What do you like best about Multiplier? We like David Carbajal as our representative. When we have issues with Multiplier, he is about to handle the multiple questions we throw at him. He is even available to assist us over Zoom to tackle them better. We also like that it tells us the needs of employees outside of the U.S.

What do you like best about Multiplier? Multiplier provides quick assistance for any payroll queries. They continue to improve their practices to provide better services. Was assigned to new customer relationship manager Viren and was definitely better than previous one.

What do you like best about Multiplier? We have been using Multiplier for over a year now, and the experience has been good from easy onboarding to managing payrolls. The dashboard is quite user-friendly and our team was able to pay invoices or add allowances to our members easily.

Managing the admin dashboard and my personal account is convenient. The standout aspect of Multiplier is their exceptional customer service, particularly our CSM Palak Mhasde.
