What do you like best? They have one of the best customer support teams I've ever encountered. In the 60 minute demo, they managed to thoroughly explain what the software does, how it works and answer a bunch of questions I had about the whole concept. What do you dislike? Nothing. Since you get everything from new orders to products to customers in one application, it takes no effort at all to seamlessly manage more than one store. The only difference we have noticed is the increase in order volume, but that has not affected our overall performance in any way as far as order fulfilment speed is concerned. What do you dislike?
