Function and customer service

I subscribed the first time but it wasn't syncing properly so I emailed the company and they refunded me right away. I got refunded in less than 24 hours. I then talked with the refund department regarding the problem I had. It was concluded that they should have referred me to a support first. So I resubscribed after a while. LOVE this service!

I'm actually astonished at the negative reviews of MultCloud, because my experience has been extremely positive. I use a TON of cloud storage, with probably 20 different providers/accounts. MultCloud's ability to transfer between them, to move or to sync folders, to access them through Webdav or FTP if necessary, is a life saver for people who move alot of files. The speed is sometimes good, sometimes not so good, but in every case it is faster than downloading data from one drive and ...
