What do you like best about Muck Rack? i like how easily i can find almost everyone i search for. pitching through muckrack is a hugeeee help and time saver. i use muckrack multiple times a day. its very easy to understand. What do you dislike about Muck Rack? i dont like how sometimes when i have huge pitches going out to like 1500 plus people, muckrack takes a really long time to send them out What problems is Muck Rack solving and how is that benefiting you? my clients ask for analytics ...

What do you like best about Muck Rack? Muck Rack is easy to use and provides great information about reporters. What I like most about Muck Rack is how easy it is to send out a personalized pitch along with follow-ups. It saves me so much time and you have an extra bonus of seeing who opened your pitches. I love that feature. What do you dislike about Muck Rack? I'd say the thing I dislike the most about Muck Rack is building media lists - and moving between outlet info and reporter info. ...

What do you like best about Muck Rack? Muck Rack's media contacts database and pitching tools are by far the best I've experienced. I also love how you can track media coverage and research trends. What do you dislike about Muck Rack? Sometimes there are outdated contacts. However, I have found that when I alert the team to these errors, they update the contact profiles immediately. What do you like best about Muck Rack? It is very easy to navigate. I love that you can send and track emails through it. What do you dislike about Muck Rack? The only dislike is a lot of contacts are out date. What problems is Muck Rack solving and how is that benefiting you? We can keep better track of who we picth to and who we need to follow up with.
