"Worst software I've ever had the misfortune of using"
What do you like best about MSIGHTS? Nothing. There is literally nothing I like about this platform, that I can see. Perhaps people in other roles find it helpful in some ways but even the reporting (which appears to be accurate, so I'll give them that) has such a lousy user interface that i can't even give that a thumbs up
