The MOZ Analytics experience

What do you like best? Moz is definitely a professional tools SEO pros should be using. It provides a clear picture of your digital marketing efforts, My favorite part of this suite is probably analyzing the landing page estimated traffic. it helps to see which pages are a SEO professional should be focusing on. Social monitoring is a nice add-on but I can't say that it really helps me in my day to day. What do you dislike? The MOZ ranking tool only evaluates the top 50 keyword ...

Solid #SEO tool to supplement your analytics platform

What do you like best? While Moz is an extraordinarily robust platform that extends beyond SEO into the analytics and social space, its core functionality (e.g. internal/page audits, backlink checks, opportunity audits and more is quite good. What do you dislike? The flipside of Moz's robust functionality is sometimes its interface looks a bit cluttered. Meaning, what you want will be there, but you can't snag pretty charts from Moz and drop them into your presentations. It also seems ...

Ok software but no helpdesk

Can't reach them directly, which is in my opinion not acceptable. Will find a different solution.

Moz Analytics

What do you like best? This Is a really good tool that allows you to have data that Google analytics is actually missing What do you dislike? It's a bit expensive. Need to invest a significant amount of time to understand how it works. Recommendations to others considering the product Yes definitely! great tool and super easy to use. Too Expensive, Almost Worthless

What do you like best? The reports are pretty and professional looking. What do you dislike? Let's see... No telephone number to call customer support. Too expensive. Way, way too expensive. In fact, I was paying $300 per month and for that price, I want to talk to a human if something breaks. You can't find their address or telephone number, no matter how good a Googler you are. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I didn't solve ...

MOZ is the KING of SEO

What do you like best? The Moz tools, Moz Local and the community is the best on the Internet. The on-page SEO tool is a great report for both me and my clients. If I questions I can get them answer on the fly. The community on this site is terrific! What do you dislike? There isn't much I don't like about the Moz website. They do an excellent job of keeping subscribers up to date and Rand Fishkin (CEO is always willing to answer questions. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Some great tools, some mediocre ones

What do you like best? The keyword difficulty tool is fantastic. It proves worthwhile time and time again. What do you dislike? The Open Moz backlink analysis tool, while reasonable accurate, is too far from comprehensive to truly be useful by itself. The other tools that Moz offers, though, makes it worth a subscription. Recommendations to others considering the product Take a look at all the tools that Moz offers before deciding whether or not to use them. They have many useful ...

Valuable tool

What do you like best? Love how easy it is to use. When I first started in SEO I had no idea what I was doing. MOZ was there to help me every step of the way. What do you dislike? I really don't have anything that I dislike. The one thing probably, is that they get hit DDOS attacks on a regular basis. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? SEO

Great software that continues to add valuable research features

What do you like best? Moz's research features and crawl reports provide a detailed look inside website parameters that stand alone keyword rankings will not provide. Also, Open Site Explorer may be the most valuable feature in the system. What do you dislike? Keyword ranking tracker inconsistencies, delay in reports and software downtime. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Moz catches all of the underlying problems that our ...
