Really great heat mapping!
What do you like best? - great heat maps - actually they are superior to the others we've tried before, - the granularity of the data on heat maps, - heat maps are automatically generated for all pages and cover dynamic elements. What do you dislike? There is a bit learning curve to successfully leverage all the available functionalities, however once you are used to it this tool becomes inseparable part of your marketing stack. What do you like best? I like that I can share and show our leadership team the impact of poor UX/UI decisions with heat maps and user recordings. What do you dislike? There is not much to hate, it is easy to use and intuitive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I like the movement and attention maps the best. They have allowed so many great insights for conversion rate optimization that I would have never known without this software. What do you dislike? The way to actually view the data on the landing page is difficult to find when you're first starting. What do you like best? You can see how people are interacting with your site, where they're falling off, etc. It's great to be able to focus on improving the conversion rate. Cool tool - We found many bugs on our website
What do you like best? We can see all website visitors and understand how a visit on our website is working or not working. Each recording within mouseflow is being enriched with friction scores, which allows us to find the needle in the haystack. I also like that mouseflow is recording all of our visitors and not enforces us to only record a sample of the visitors. What do you dislike? Good, but the credits for the price per month is too low.

Very powerful tool for insights
What do you like best? You don't need to configure anything after the setup, we have all pages recording all the time. What do you dislike? The interface is not very intuitive but you get used to it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Seeing how users experience bugs, sharing recordings of bugs within the team.
