Amazing tool to understand your visitors and users

What do you like best? The recording feature is what we signed up for and use actively. The graph on the homepage comes in handy too. What do you dislike? There's no option to buy additional credit for that month only. We, sometimes, run out of credit before the end of the month, and I just wish I could pay-as-I-go for the remainder of that month. seamless integration with Google products

What do you like best? Mouseflow is tightly integrated and extremely easy to install with Google Tag Manager. Mouseflow is even further, closely integrated with Google Analytics and Google Optimize by using the _mfq.push function. The reporting is complete and comprehensive. We could easily discern web site areas of improvement through the heat mapping, and could watch recordings of site interactions for deeper insight. What do you dislike? Easy to use, but more funnels would be nice

What do you like best? Mouseflow is easy to integrate and use. I can use it in my language (in this case German). It gives me insights into how website visitors behave. The session replays and the heat maps are really great. What do you dislike? I really would like more funnels. 3 funnels in the starter version and even in the growth and pro version there are only 6 funnels. I think this is not enough. Easy way to figure out and reproduce bugs

What do you like best? I find it really helpful when a problem or bug is reported and we can easily watch the whole session of the user to understand what led to it. What do you dislike? We didn’t encounter any problems so far and the tool is living up to our expectations. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My team used it to investigate bugs in order to fix them.

What do you like best? Scrolling the Heatmaps provides real insight into how my customers are interacting with my landing pages. What do you dislike? I haven't found any features that I have a problem with. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm continuing to optimize my landing pages to improve conversions and Mouseflow helps to pinpoint where the opportunities or issues are.
