Using Mouseflow to Improve Conversion Rates
What do you like best? Mouseflow is easy to use. The recordings and heatmaps provide excellent insight into customer behaviour on our site. Being able to toggle between devices (i.e. see different heat maps for phone users and desktop users) has proved extremely useful. What do you like best? The greatest benefit of using Mouseflow is that it enables us to be closer to our users and really get a grasp of how they're using our website. Great tool to understand how your customers interact with your website
What do you like best? Mouseflow has been a great add on to our marketing stack. It provided us with many insights to how our visitors perceive our website and which elements they pay attention to. What do you like best? While the tool is not primarily focused on conversion rate optimization, it has a lot of functionality that helped us improve the conversion rate. We got to identify that our CTAs were not getting as much attention as we expected them to as well as other things causing distraction. What do you like best? Heatmaps offer really amazing insights and the fact that Mouseflow updates within seconds after each visit is also great. What do you dislike? Amazing tool well worth the cost
What do you like best? Mouseflow helped us immediately understand where our customers were spending time on our website and where they were getting stuck in a beautiful visual tool. What do you like best? The support was very helpful when it came to helping us set up the tool and answer all questions that our staff had. We loved the fact that we didn't need to set up heat maps for individual pages and had everything recording. The tool itself allowed us to improve our website in ways that we didn't anticipate.
