I love the heatmaps

What do you like best? The scroll heatmaps are a great way to see what page elements actually get seen. We've been able to do various optimizations leading to higher conversion rate. What do you dislike? Nothing much, here and there it took a little bit of effort to figure out how to set it up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? recording of users' screens is the fundamental feature to detect our site areas of improvements but I truly appreciate also the "feedback" section and the "live heatmap" functionality: a must-have for our website that is built on a React application.
