Great Service
At first, I lost my email because of my NS records being set to the wrong place. I am very new to this but the support team was a great asset every step of the way. Den Shepard and John Novac were the most notable in my experience. The other support personnel I worked with were helpful as well. One area of improvement, when telling people to change their NS records, be sure to let them know the possible problems they may have with out changing other records. it was this lack of explanation ...
