Я очень давно с вами и очень редко пишу в техподдержку. Поскольку сама платформа очень понятная в целом. Но вот написал, поскольку сам никак не мог разобраться с доменами. Целый день списывался с хостером, что-то переключал и все без толку. А тут без лишних вопросов просто взяли все и решили, вообще без меня! Спасибо ребята за такой прекрасный сервис и отдельное спасибо John Novac!

My 2+ year old website stopped working
I installed a MotoCMS 3 template 2 years ago. The website recently broke with an error relating to the database not connecting. I contacted MotoCMS support. Within 24 hours the problem was resolved. They detected corrupted files and problems with the version PHP version. They reconnected the MySQL database. Excellent customer service.

Amazing technical support team!
The support specialist Ron Coleman saved the day! He took the time to investigate my support inquiry and solved the issue and totally fixed the problem and provided helpful relevant instructions in regards to my inquiry. I am very happy for him taking a second look to get to the bottom and resolve the issue.

Be careful with this company
MotoCMS seems like a good and trustworthy company until they need to refund you on a service you paid for and cancelled immediately.Since 17th July, I have been going back and forth in a disgraceful message loop being orchestrated by MotoCMS. They have NOT refunded me till date.Be careful with this company.

i use motocms from 3 year and the service is 10stars... not only five.Today Sam Clayton solved me a big problem in a few second.Have long life motocms ;)
