What do you like best about Motivosity? I like that it's internal social media for our organization. It allows us to contact consistently and motivates each of us daily. What do you dislike about Motivosity? There is nothing that I dislike about motivisity. What do you like best about Motivosity? The upside is the reminder to say thank you and give praise and rewards to others. What do you dislike about Motivosity? It can take up a lot of time if you are not careful, like many if not all social media platforms. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It has encouraged more praise of others. It has allowed for way to reward anyone within the organization and given a central location for gratitude.

What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity is a great tool to keep all member's of your team happy and encouraging one another. To have the ability to thank a coworker on the spot for something helpful they did is truly a game changer. Lots of ways to cash out on the receiving end, including lots of digital options that are available immediately. Don't have to wait for a certain amount to accrue.
