Our company implemented Motivosity recently and I am thrilled with this motivational pathway because it is as easy as 1) acting upon the desire to recognize a colleague, 2) clicking on Motivosity, 3) Express your thoughts and click send! "Easy and Fun"

What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity is there when something comes up and you want to recognize a coworkers achievement. It's also great that I get reminders when necessary to recognize and appreciate my direct reports and teammates. Along with emails, I appreciate the reminder in the top right letting me know the last time I recognized my coworkers. What do you dislike about Motivosity? "Great way to recognize people for the little (and big) things"

What do you like best about Motivosity? It's easy, which removes a lot of the friction to recognizing people. Let's face it, a lot of the time you have that moment where you want to say thanks to a coworker for something but the "systems" in place make that a chore. Using Motivosity couldn't be easier, I'm much more likely to give someone some love now! What do you dislike about Motivosity? What do you like best about Motivosity? I have loved using Motivosity over the last year at our company. Giving recognition is simple and visible to others, and for the person going the extra mile it feels validating and rewarding. What do you like best about Motivosity? The ease of motivosity allows me to say thanks or call attention to great employees in a forum where these types of announcements are appropriate. What do you dislike about Motivosity? It would be great to integrate with slack or other company tools. I would love to use an API to data mine other interesting trends or metrics. What do you like best about Motivosity? I love that I can recognize my employees both when I'm in the office and when I'm on the go! What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity does exactly what is was made to do: provides an easy way for employees and managers to thank each other with small monetary rewards for the great work that is being done.
