A perfect tool to reward employees

PROS: The ability to reward employees for a particular item is just amazing. There’s no need for any approval processes from the management to grant rewards. I also like that it gives us a choice to provide a certain amount of rewards. Also, being able to choose from different GCs as a reward makes this tool so exciting. What do you like best about Motivosity? I like how much it makes me smile every morning when I read the appreciations employees sent the prior day. MV is a positive energy generator. Employees now focus on the positive things that their co-workers do rather than the negative. An excellent tool to recognize workers

PROS: Motivosity is easy to use. Acknowledging employees has never been this simple and easy. CONS: The E-Gift reward is an amazing feature, but I think it would be better if they include options for GCs like Visa, as it would be of great help for others.

What do you like best about Motivosity? The interface is user-friendly. There appears to be a lot of emphasis on usability and aesthetically pleasing design. While there is infusion of "social media"-like functionality, it isn't excessive. "Great program to systematically recognize accomplishments"

What do you like best about Motivosity? I enjoy staying connected to everyone in the company even across offices in different cities. Motivosity shows me their accomplishments and projects they are working on. I get to know others in the company both when they are recognized by others and when they are posting.
