What do you like best about Motivosity? Reading nice things about co-workers. It encourages people to be kind to each other. What do you dislike about Motivosity? There is not much to dislike. It's just a neat idea. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It makes you try to be your best at all times.

"Motivosity Rocks!"
What do you like best about Motivosity? One of my absolute favorite features about Motivosity is the peer to peer recognition. While we have seen great value in our leaders being able to recognize and appreciate their direct reports, the real power in Motivosity is peers recognizing one another for their great work. "Praise, Motivate, and Share are my goals when giving praise or Thanks to colleges."
What do you like best about Motivosity? I express genie feelings and personalize the responses as positively as possible. It allows me to share in others accomplishments and their success on later dates if I'm busy with work or life . What do you dislike about Motivosity? The software sometimes a little difficult or slow once you type up a response or Thanks and it times you out. You have to log out and then retype up everything again. What do you like best about Motivosity? Letting team members know that I appreciate them. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The leaderboard scores I think can be misleading and can create a tool for judging within a company. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Team work, communication, and collaboration between groups has improved.

What do you like best about Motivosity? I really appreciate it is easy to use and it helps build comradery. What do you dislike about Motivosity? There really are no aspects that I do not like. Recommendations to others considering Motivosity: N/A What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? The benefits are that you get to know your Colleagues outside of their role they work in and that really helps with building a healthy work environment.
