"Pushing Others to Succeed"

What do you like best about Motivosity? The best feature is being able to reward coworkers with small cash rewards or even call outs for jobs well done. The second best feature is letting us know work anniversaries and birthdays. Its also nice to see the new hires to the company. Being a remote employee (pre covid) you felt isolated but this tool helps me feel a little more connected to the team and organization. What do you dislike about Motivosity? What do you like best about Motivosity? I like the social aspect of motivosity. It drives employees / employers to engage and really give detailed feed back and appreciations. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I do not like how inconsistent motivosity is. We see a giant engagement in the first week of the month and then the last. What do you like best about Motivosity? I like that we can personalize our "gifts" to our fellow employees with a custom message. I also like that Motivosity keeps track of important milestones like birthdays, work anniversarys, etc. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Nothing so far! What do you like best about Motivosity? How it connects all employees. I like to see everyone's descriptions of themselves. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Nothing really. What do you like best about Motivosity? I like that you are able to appreciate individuals even if you do not have funds in your account. It is nice to send a little appreciation to your colleagues and receive them as well. It makes their day and well yours as well. "Motivosity is an excellent morale- and team-building tool!"

What do you like best about Motivosity? I like that we can show our appreciation for others in a setting that the whole company can see. It's also nice to see when others have a special occasion, such as a birthday or work anniversary, so that I can acknowledge them as I go about my day. I feel like it brings us together in a new way.
