What do you like best about Motivosity? Very easy to use and navigate to find the people you want to give kudos to. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Sometimes reminders of birthdays come into my inbox the day after the actual day. Could be a setting that needs to be adjusted. But overall, no complaints! "Love showing people they are valuable to the organization"
What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity is simple to use. I can easily recognize someone with about 15-20 seconds of time. I also love that it reminds me who I have not recognized in a while. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I wish that the comments that I mark as "private" somehow let the person know they are sent "private". What do you like best about Motivosity? The ease at which I can recognize my colleagues for a job well done. What do you dislike about Motivosity? no dislikes at the present time with motivosity What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Even without raises this year for my employees I can supplement it a little by saying Thank you using the motivosity tools!

What do you like best about Motivosity? That you can appreciate someone instantly after a helpful moment. Monetary or not. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Only downside is sometimes you wish you could give more money then what you have for that month. What do you like best about Motivosity? Easy to use, It creates a culture of praise. Integration with multiple sites to redeem motivation bucks and support across the globe, though I am using all bucks to appreciate some team members and I want to stay top in the scorecard, yes scorecard is kind of cool too.
