What do you like best about Motivosity? I like the ability to acknowledge other’s actions that support our company values. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I really have not found anything that I dislike so far. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? This app endorses a feeling of being a team which with everything going on these days and the restrictions on gatherings has otherwise been very hard to maintain.

I like the desktop version but the mobile app is basic and needs upgrades What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Boosting morale within the company and allowing others to see success stories company wide.

What do you like best about Motivosity? It auto-finds the person you start typing and tags them with their Slack handle so the feedback is easily shared across our org for additional hype. Spending tokens of appreciation that my team can cash out is a nice motivational touch. What do you dislike about Motivosity? "Nice Management Tools"

What do you like best about Motivosity? I really like the 1 to 1 option to provide feedback for my employees. I would like it to integrate more with the feedback module, too. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I don't like how clumsy it is to get to the notes history for my employees. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? The main problem solved is the need for a ton of work to complete annual reviews.
