What do you like best about Motivosity? This product is easy to use and can be aligned with organizational beliefs or principles. It's wonderful on all fronts - payroll reporting, automatic reminders, easy implementation, contagious spread throughout the company. What do you like best about Motivosity? The reminders to provide feedback and encouragement to team members. The ability to reward the little things team members do that might otherwise go unnoticed. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The eNPS scoring seems to be skewed but that might be a setup issue on the company using the tool rather than Motivosity itself. We are only able to recognize Healogics team members and many of us also work with hospital employees. But again I think it's ...
