What do you like best about Motivosity? This product is easy to use and can be aligned with organizational beliefs or principles. Through this alignment, staff recognition can occur at all levels of the organization and can be viewed by everyone. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Would be nice if there were scoreboards that were just for team members to see recognitions that have occurred. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Motivosity? Debbie Gentry - I enjoy getting to share what right looks like. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Not enough time to acknowledge everyone. What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity is so easy to use. The platform is fun and engaging. Motivosity is customizable as well. It's wonderful on all fronts - payroll reporting, automatic reminders, easy implementation, contagious spread throughout the company. What do you like best about Motivosity? The reminders to provide feedback and encouragement to team members. The ability to reward the little things team members do that might otherwise go unnoticed. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The eNPS scoring seems to be skewed but that might be a setup issue on the company using the tool rather than Motivosity itself. We are only able to recognize Healogics team members and many of us also work with hospital employees. But again I think it's ...

What do you like best about Motivosity? I like the ability to acknowledge other’s actions that support our company values. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I really have not found anything that I dislike so far. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? This app endorses a feeling of being a team which with everything going on these days and the restrictions on gatherings has otherwise been very hard to maintain.
