What do you like best about Motivosity? I like the fact that we can encourage our co-workers for the good work they are doing and that we can be recognized for the good work we do. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I don’t necessarily like that it is in the form of a commission and gets taxed as such I believe. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It can help with department unity and cross-department unity.

What do you like best about Motivosity? The reminders to provide feedback and encouragement to team members. The ability to reward the little things team members do that might otherwise go unnoticed. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The eNPS scoring seems to be skewed but that might be a setup issue on the company using the tool rather than Motivosity itself. It's wonderful on all fronts - payroll reporting, automatic reminders, easy implementation, contagious spread throughout the company.
