What do you like best about Motivosity? I like the fact that we can encourage our co-workers for the good work they are doing and that we can be recognized for the good work we do. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I don’t necessarily like that it is in the form of a commission and gets taxed as such I believe. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It can help with department unity and cross-department unity.

What do you like best about Motivosity? Easy of use and engagement opportunities What do you dislike about Motivosity? Can’t find where the “notes” I take go.. Recommendations to others considering Motivosity: This is a great tool to keep you engaged with your Team. It is easy to use and to keep track of your Teams accomplishments. What do you like best about Motivosity? The reminders to provide feedback and encouragement to team members. The ability to reward the little things team members do that might otherwise go unnoticed. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The eNPS scoring seems to be skewed but that might be a setup issue on the company using the tool rather than Motivosity itself. We are only able to recognize Healogics team members and many of us also work with hospital employees. But again I think it's ...

What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity is so easy to use. The platform is fun and engaging. Motivosity is customizable as well. It's wonderful on all fronts - payroll reporting, automatic reminders, easy implementation, contagious spread throughout the company.
