"Easy employee engagement"
What do you like best about Motivosity? I like how easy it is to engage with my direct team and see what is happening around the entire company. I can easily reward team members for extra efforts that they have shown by giving them an appreciation. It is also neat to be able to share a highlight that the team might be interested in, and see the comments/feedback received. I enjoy the Profiles/Insights pages because they offer a nice overview of metrics and Motivosity community engagement. ...

"Motivosity makes feedback easier to give"
What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity provides a simple way to give clear, meaningful feedback in a fun, visible way. I can easily give someone a pat on the back -- with an attached monetary value! -- that they directly see and others can see as well. It also has gamification features (leaderboards, etc.) that make it more fun to use. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The only thing I really haven't liked is that it wasn't rolled out to our entire company. I believe we're ...

"Pats on the back for the work-from-home age"
What do you like best about Motivosity? Giving kudos to peers in a focused and systematic environment. Sometimes a "Thanks" in an email or chat group is too much of a formality, what's great about Motivosity is having a separate place to call out the great work of others and share that highlight with others outside your team. Being able to give rewards from a leadership perspective, even outside of the daily recognition posts. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Any updates to your ...

"Neat way to recognize staff"
What do you like best about Motivosity? Really easy to use for our users and was easy to setup from the IT side What do you dislike about Motivosity? Not sure we have any dislikes. We just integrated it into teams and that was a great feature. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to give pats on the back across the organization. While we would typically only do that within our departments. We can express our core values to all individuals in the org.

"A Fantastic Way To Reward and Recognize the Contributions of Co-workers"
What do you like best about Motivosity? I appreciate having the ability to have an instant way of recognizing my co-workers and providing them with a reward for the excellent things they do. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I have little to dislike, and I think most of what I would improve are more company-level things that aren't an issue with the product, but an issue with our company's implementation of it. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? I do not ...
