"Easy thanks for co-workers!"

What do you like best about Motivosity? I love that Motivosity provides me with a place to publicly say thank you to those that I don't normally work closely with. If I have a project that I work on with a few people, outside of my department, I can express appreciation in more than just words. It is great! What do you dislike about Motivosity? I think that comments on posts could be seen a bit better. Like, when you respond to a previous comment it will show it beneath the first comment ...

"Great program for inner office morale"

What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity makes it fast and simple to let co-workers and employees know how much they are appreciated. And anyone in leadership knows that employee morale is the #1 driving factor behind productivity. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The only downside is that it takes a while for a post you have deleted to disappear from the news feed. So if you meant for something to be private and you accidentally posted publicly, once deleted sometimes it ...

"Great motivation tool!"

What do you like best about Motivosity? I like that you can interact with the whole organization and also that there is no limit how many people you can recognize a day!! What do you dislike about Motivosity? I am very satisfied with everything and there is nothing I don’t like about it. Recommendations to others considering Motivosity: Like I said in the beginning this is a great motivational tool for any company! Recognize people makes productive goes up! What problems is Motivosity ...

"Great for giving and receiving recognition"

What do you like best about Motivosity? Very easy to use and I love the fact that you can give and receive money! I also really like that it shows you the last time you thanked someone/people you've never thanked. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I think most people feel like they need to give money in order to thank someone. So if a person is out of their "giving money" for the month, they might feel less inclined to recognize people. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is ...

"A real benefit to acknowledge the efforts of others"

What do you like best about Motivosity? I like the ease of access to share my appreciation. I can easily thank someone or nominate them for an award from my laptop or phone. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I sometimes feel bad asking my HR person for more money to thank more people because I often run out of my original monthly allotment. Recommendations to others considering Motivosity: I would suggest using the thanks and awards functionality. These both provide great benefit to our ...
