"Great product for employee morale"

What do you like best about Motivosity? Getting some extra discretionary cash for being a helpful part of the company. I always feel appreciated when I see an email pop up from motivosity. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The way the "scoreboard" is calculated. It can be manipulated by people that understand how it works. I.E. by sending out "thank you" to people all day long and getting points for each one, while they should be working. Those people might as well be trolling through ...

"Best Appreciation Platform"

What do you like best about Motivosity? I really love seeing how my coworkers say thanks because there's a great variation on what is said. I also love seeing their achievements and appreciations on because this motivates me to continue to have a positive attitude and desire for the company's success. I like giving a thanks with some value as well. It's a simple platform to use and it helps the work environment to be happier. What do you dislike about Motivosity? There's not much I dislike ...

"Easy Engagement, Recognition, and Reward"

What do you like best about Motivosity? It is very simple for all employees to get engaged. The ability to thank someone and highlight a win is accessible to all. But the part I like the best is how easy it is to gather engagement survey data. We survey a certain % of all teams every week, so we are constantly getting data from our employees on how leadership is doing. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Some of the ideas around 1-on-1s and goal setting are good ideas, but not easy to ...

"Very usable and flexible peer review system - I don't even wait until the end of the month!"

What do you like best about Motivosity? Really liking the connection points Motivosity allows. Nice Slack integration for appreciations, non-$ highlights, great feed on the front page, in-app awards, group appreciations, etc. Motivosity is present in our culture. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I'd love to be able to recognize people outside my organization. Maybe with a PayPal or Venmo integration or something. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm ...
