What do you like best about Motivosity? You can give praise without having to give money. You can also make up your own awards to give out. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The birthday notifications come out too early. One or two days before is good enough. A week is too early. Recommendations to others considering Motivosity: It is an easy program to use. We began using Motovosity about 2 months ago and I love the ability to see what everyone is congratulating everyone about, normally "great job" messages are through person 1:1 but this platform gives the transparency to show those highlights.
