"Motivosity Review"

What do you like best about Motivosity? Seeing the recognition of others across the organization What do you dislike about Motivosity? More often than not, the thanks displayed in Motivosity are sincere. However, the cadence in which the system prompts feedback for direct reports and how routine it is for people to pose one-liners of appreciation right before their spending balances expire, sometimes the feedback can feel disingenuous. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that ...

"A little appreciation goes a long way"

What do you like best about Motivosity? It's easy to use and able to say thanks when it's needed. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Often use my own money that I have received to give to my team so that I am fair with everyone. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? I feel the one problem we have solved using Motivosity is that we all work together to ...

The best tool to recognize team efforts

PROS: Recognizing team members with Motivosity is much easier. It eliminates all the stress that comes with recognizing members of a big team. With it, thanking someone for his/her help or appreciating them for a good job is easy. Now, we feel like we’re giving more than just a simple “Thank You” but giving some love as well. CONS: I don’t have to say anything bad against this tool. Why should I? I just loved it!
