"Motivosity is a good internal HR tool if you don’t have one yet"

What do you like best about Motivosity? Recognition gamified through monetary benefits. It incentivizes the use of the application, which results in stickiness and more usage. It is also pretty easy to use. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Unable to include contractors who aren't part of the system as guests. I hope there is a way to add the contractors, or even guests, who I worked with directly (in a contractual or part-time manner) in the system. Recommendations to others ...

"Simple and together"

What do you like best about Motivosity? The 1:1 option is cool. Then I use the Review option quite often too. The Surveys give valuable insights and then of course the reward and recognition is great What do you dislike about Motivosity? There is a snag when setting the dates for the 1:1's. It chooses a different date from what I selected and I cant go back to amend the record. Eg. I selected 07 June 2021 and the system booked 06 July 2021 - and I get that the date is in US format ...

"Exccellent Motivation"

What do you like best about Motivosity? I like that i can show my appreciation to people in more creative ways. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I would like it better if there were more gift card options. Recommendations to others considering Motivosity: This has been so much easier to use than other products and is at least worth a try to see how well it works for you. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It is much too easy for people to feel like they ...

"Great way to give feedback and plaudits to coworkers"

What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity is excellent for helping say thank you to coworkers as well as highlight their achievements. Used "properly," it can also be a great place for connection and inside jokes with your peers. This is especially true given our current digital working environment. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The functionality is just a little bit more limited than I would ideally like, but it performs as advertised. What problems is Motivosity solving ...

Excellent motivational tool

PROS: The software is emphasizing on recognizing and appreciating the positive contributions of team members for the success of a certain task or project. Additionally, it can be used to encourage members to do better and monitor their progress. CONS: This is not actually a problem with the software. Employees that frequently communicate with individuals outside their department tend to give higher scores or ranking to them. They tend to put much appreciation on efforts they see less often ...

"Great Tool!"

What do you like best about Motivosity? The tool is easy to use. The insights that are provided to managers and HR are beneficial. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I would like to be able to take the pulse survey on the App version of the tool. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Able to help us keep a pulse on the organization. Works in tandem with all of our engagement plans and informs our activities

"Team strengthening"

What do you like best about Motivosity? I love how this brought some humanity to our workplace. Our company used to be known for the people who fill it. That seemed to have faded over the times. However, Motivosity has added some life to our workplace! What do you dislike about Motivosity? I would love it if I could thank someone from another team.
