"Great tool for engagment and kudos"

What do you like best about Motivosity? The simplicity and ease of saying thanks! What do you dislike about Motivosity? I wish you could add a URL or link to an announcement. I would love to drive our associates to our Intranet or blog. They would be able to see with just a click. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? An easy way for anyone to say thanks, give kudos, add a highlight/review 24/7 that all can see. Amazing engagement from all of our associates!!!

The tried and true message or canned email is still possible, but that is a waste of time in this platform. Until this moment, I have not found something to dislike about the use of motivosity besides more options for e-Gifts; however that wouldn't be up to Motivosity but the company. What do you like best about Motivosity? I love that I can acknowledge them through ways my work picks such as their internal values. I also like that I can list my own reasons. What do you like best about Motivosity? Using Motivosity to show appreciation for all the claims examiners who have a good attitude and answer my calls. They deserve to be recognized for all the hard work they put in even though they are extremely busy. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Only getting $3 a month to hand out. What do you like best about Motivosity? I like that it is easy to give someone dudos or a shout out. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Nearly all recognition happens on the last day of the month so they can get their one dollar sweetener. Doesn't seem like it is as genuine. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It seems we have a high recognition rate on a monthly basis where nearly everyone gets praise.
