What do you like best about Motivosity? Nice tool for recognizing and appreciating Teammates! Very easy to use to both send and receive recognition and appreciation. Our company uses it all the time! "Motivosity is a great tool for recognizing peers and team members."

What do you like best about Motivosity? I can recognize team members and others can also like or reward in the same thread. Also it's more straightforward in comparison to other tools I used that went by points as it uses actual dollars. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The only thing I've found so far is if I get sidetracked and want to enter notes to a 1:1 after-the-fact, I'm not able to. If you don't do it same-day, you miss your window. What do you like best about Motivosity? The graphics and sections. Easy to get from one area to the next. What do you dislike about Motivosity? That we don't have more merchants to select. What do you like best about Motivosity? I love that the dashboard is similar to a social media feel where you can see the highlights, and others' recognition. What do you like best about Motivosity? So many people at or company LOVE using Motivosity. Employee moral has increased tramendously since our employeer implemented the system. It has been so nice to show appreciation to those who go above and beyond in their work roles! What do you dislike about Motivosity? I do with that Motivosity allowed standard users to pin highlights. As the internal event coordinator for the comapny, it would be nice to get event posts at the top of the home page ...

I wish we could customize a few things more to make it easier to fit into our existing company programs. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Consistent recognition, and ensuring all team member recognition is easy to see so no one gets left out.
