What do you like best about Motivosity? The fact that you can award people with dollars and also give an excellent review that managers will see. It is very helpful! What do you dislike about Motivosity? I don't dislike anything about the platform. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? We are solving the problems of not feeling unacknowledged.

I wish that it was easier to bring in emails outside of our org. There are folks at different campuses I'd like to appreciate but I can't because it's hard to get them into our system. What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity is a very efficient way to show your co-workers how thankful you are for them and their help. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I don't have anything that I dislike about Motivosity. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? N/A

What do you like best about Motivosity? Easy to send appreciation to others and redeem rewards. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I can't think of anything I dislike about it. Recommendations to others considering Motivosity: Use it often to recognize co-workers. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't deal with the back end of the program.

What do you like best about Motivosity? You can send Thanks to your co-workers when they are helpful and it shows them you care. Having money to give them is nice also. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I wish you could include more than 1 person and give money that will divide equally among many. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? No problems have been solved. A 'Thank You" goes a long way and is not heard enough.

What do you like best about Motivosity? My favorite part of Motivosity is the team building it creates amongst our company. We use it to play games, hold surveys and share positive experiences in the work place. The gift shop works great and I love how easy it is to get gift cards! What do you dislike about Motivosity? "Motivosity is a great tool for recognizing peers and team members."

What do you like best about Motivosity? I can recognize team members and others can also like or reward in the same thread. Also it's more straightforward in comparison to other tools I used that went by points as it uses actual dollars. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The only thing I've found so far is if I get sidetracked and want to enter notes to a 1:1 after-the-fact, I'm not able to. If you don't do it same-day, you miss your window. What do you like best about Motivosity? I appreciate the ability to recognize my salespeople, and the whole company can also review my comments.
