"Great Concept and Received Well by the Comapany"

What do you like best about Motivosity? It's very user-friendly, the customer service is top-notch, everyone likes it, and it keeps everyone's spirits up with positive reinforcement. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Once in a while, the codes for certain button features pop up. No biggy, but it can be confusing. The leaderboard is a bit confusing, and not sure I understand its purpose. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? This isn't a problem per se, but ...

Easy-to-use team motivational tool

PROS: Since the time we used this tool, we are delighted with the way it encourages employees to do more and to feel motivated for their job. It is easy to use! Employees can send recognition to each other and place comments to express their appreciation. All activities are transparent, so I can view and realize the efforts exerted by employees for the success of the business. CONS: Motivosity is a great platform, and we don’t have problems using it. The only trouble is employees view it as ...

"Very easy to use and fun"

What do you like best about Motivosity? The return I get. It's like an added bonus. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I get why you have a ranking system for who uses it the most, but I'm not a fan. It makes me feel bad even though I do use it. I'm just not in there all the time. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? I now know how my collegues want to be recognized.

"Easy To Use Platform for Employee Recognition"

What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity is a nice tool to facilitate recognition across the entire organization. The platform allows each recognition to be associated with your organization's cultural beliefs, which helps reinforce actions and behaviors. I like the inherent insights in the platform, such as employee birthdays, anniversary dates, the org chart, and personality map. What do you dislike about Motivosity? There is not a particular aspect that i don't like -- it's ...

"Motivosity is a great took to keep team members motivated and aligned with their priorities."

What do you like best about Motivosity? The ease of use with the tool specifically around recognition. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The 1x1 meetings don't align with outlook to allow ease of use in this space. It would be helpful to have them together. I have also continued to have issues after setting up a 1x1 the manage tab showing accurately (states 1x1 hasn't been set when it has) What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? More "face to face" time and ...
