What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity is a great way to recognize coworkers and peers for things they have done or are doing. It's a simple thing and easy to do. "Fun way to give thanks to staff!"
What do you like best about Motivosity? I am publicly thanking the team for all their hard work. What do you dislike about Motivosity? More opportunities to earn points for the active users Recommendations to others considering Motivosity: It is great What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Giving the staff a few extra dollars to cash in on since raises were small keeps them semi-happy.

"An easy way to send appreciation"
What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity is a timely way for me to express appreciation to my colleagues. The names of my peers and manager display in the sidebar, which helps me see the last time I thanked them. I don't feel I have to thank them for the sake of doing so, but the reminder challenges me to always find something I can use to thank them, even if it's simply to thank them for being a friend.
