What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity keeps track of when you last said thanks so you can be sure not to miss someone on your team. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I'm not sure how the ranking system works. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Birthday and anniversary reminders help me plan to celebrate with the team.

What do you like best about Motivosity? I like how easy it is to find someone in the system to be able to give kudos. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The mobile app is missing some of the features of the full website. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Giving kudos is usually only something that goes to a manager or has to be done in a very public setting like a team meeting which can be super nerve-racking for people. What do you like best about Motivosity? Ability to thank peers as well as keep track of birthdays. What do you dislike about Motivosity? My company has now limited how much I am able to give which has been a real demotivator to me. I love using for people on my team. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Acknowledging birthdays and giving recognition to peers.

What do you like best about Motivosity? I love how easy and intuitive everything is on Motivosity. The flow is organized logically so I only need a few minutes to do what I need. But the content is so much fun that I always find myself taking a few extra minutes to look around and enjoy the camaraderie!
