What do you like best about Motivosity? I love the opportunity to highlight/shout out to my employees and peers, showcasing their cultural beliefs What do you dislike about Motivosity? I wish there was a larger amount awarded to employees monthly. I think we would get more traffic use from it What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? No real problems... I love the opportunity to brighten someone's day.

What do you like best about Motivosity? I love the ease of motivosity in saying thank you to co-workers and also adding highlights. The best tool to recognize someone and show how much you appreciate them. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Since we have four managers in our department, it would be nice to see everyone from the business unit. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm finding I'm giving appreciation more because the tool is so simple to use. ...

What do you like best about Motivosity? The ease of use and the options provided are really great. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I don't see anything lacking as of now. The notifications can be a bit annoying sometimes as they show up even after I have viewed them all. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Team member appreciations were difficult before. They are a breeze now.

What do you like best about Motivosity? I love how easy and intuitive everything is on Motivosity. The flow is organized logically so I only need a few minutes to do what I need.
