What do you like best about Motivosity? I love the ease of motivosity in saying thank you to co-workers and also adding highlights. The best tool to recognize someone and show how much you appreciate them. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Since we have four managers in our department, it would be nice to see everyone from the business unit. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? The notifications can be a bit annoying sometimes as they show up even after I have viewed them all. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Team member appreciations were difficult before. They are a breeze now.
