What do you like best about Motivosity? All team members across the organization are able to share a highlight and appreciation post aligned to our values with a monthly stipend as a way to say thanks a specific peer, teammate, manager, employee, etc. It is inclusive to anyone giving constructive praise and learning more about the great work everyone is doing throughout the organization. We also appreciate the work anniversary and spot bonus acknowledgement features throughout the year. ...

Currently if you enter an interest but it isn't the same verbiage as another coworker it will not show that you have that interest in common; i.e. "nature walks" vs "hiking" .
