What do you like best about Motivosity? I love everything about Motivosity. I have had nothing but, a wonderful experience with it. I love how you can thank the person if you are unable to see them in person. What do you like best about Motivosity? As a manager Motivosity allows me to easily reward employee's quickly and show appreciation for effort. Even though the amounts are small, I feel it makes a difference because it's more than just a thank you. It also allows me to add a little extra incentive if I need a volunteer job done as well. What do you like best about Motivosity? The ability to spread the love to various team members and to say thanks for going above and beyond, even for the small and simple things. Either it is not sufficient enough and it goes in one ear and out the other, or it is over the top and feels insincere. Motivosity makes it easy to show appreciation in a way that is meaningful (as you only have so many of these you can give each month) and super easy given the design of the web application.
