"Motivosity Experience"
What do you like best about Motivosity? I like that I am able to create awards and generate more activity on Motivosity. I enjoy being able to recognize multiple people at once along with rewarding money simultaneously. I like that it brings people together in the workplace by interacting with different people. What do you like best about Motivosity? I like that any gift card you try to get comes instantly and there are many options. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The mobile app crashes frequently. What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity is easy to use. Griving people money in Motivosity is super easy! Motivosity has several gift card options so you actually want to use the benefit. It's also super easy to redeem, with Motivosity giving you access the the gift card immediately. "A great tool to encourage employee recognition and appreciation"
What do you like best about Motivosity? It works with our company culture/values and allows us to reinforce the principles we want all of our employees to embrace, act on and recognize in others. What do you like best about Motivosity? I love Motivosity because it allows me to reward those I rely on for success. I'm constantly asking people for help or do projects, providing my employees with some appreciation, helps build morale and allows me to step outside of the work & acknowledge people's accomplishments. What do you like best about Motivosity? We use Motivosity across our entire organization. Motivosity allows a very simple and tangible way to recognize when others in the organization made an impact on your day/week/month. The fact that it's super simple with dollars rather than some goofy point system makes it very simple to use. Also, getting paid out is so easy it's almost ridiculous how easy and fast it is. Who doesn't love a free gift card?! :) What do you dislike about Motivosity? There were a lot of features we don't use (maybe 'cause we're lazy :).
