"Excellent tool for employee engagement and morale boosting"

What do you like best about Motivosity? Love that you can provide feedback to employees, and employees can share their own wins to be recognized. It promotes a positive culture and boosts morale. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The tool still feels pretty young, and gets updated quite often to fix the overall flow and experience. This is definitely a good and a bad thing. Mostly good, because they are updating and giving it a lot of attention. What problems is Motivosity solving and ...

"Great team culture building tool. "

What do you like best about Motivosity? Its a way for our team to connect with people that we usually don't work with. And thank others from different departments. Again a great way to shape a culture of our company. Having a way to be grateful and showing it. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Nothing, its really well written. Would have said a application, but i understand that's a new addition. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Team building

"Motivosity is one of the best decisions we've ever made!"

What do you like best about Motivosity? When you have multiple locations, it's difficult to keep everyone connected. Unity and camaraderie are important to us, and this program has filled in those gaps immensely. It's also difficult for managers, throughout the day to day grind, to find the time to make sure each employee is valued and to be able to recognize them. Sometimes that can fall to the wayside, understandably when you're busy... but Motivosity has provided them a way to express ...

It has to get top-down support or else it won't work. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping employees to recognize everyone that is going above and beyond. By motivating employees to focus on and recognize hard work, it encourages everyone to work hard.

"Motivosity user"

What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity is quick, easy, and convenient. It allows a network of gratuity, and friendship to explode. What do you dislike about Motivosity? If there was a quick way to access the funds from the phone with less hassle that would be great. Recommendations to others considering Motivosity: Go for it. It works! One recommendation that I could make is to ensure that ease of use is guaranteed to employees versus administration. Outside of the office, ...
