What do you like best about Motivosity? Easy to use and navigate. Great reward and employee recognition system What do you dislike about Motivosity? There's no submit button for editing profile or comments. I don't like that it adds it right away Recommendations to others considering Motivosity: I wish every company would use this software. It helps employees give their peers recognition for helping each other completing tasks, and rewards employees through virtual dollars(and VIP awards) ...

What do you like best about Motivosity? I like being able to easily say thanks to anyone in the company, any time. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Sometimes navigation is not intuitive, making it difficult to find what I want. Eventually, though, I do get there. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Increased interaction with peers in other departments.

What do you like best about Motivosity? I like the constant prompt for me to express gratitude more formally. It's helpful to have this reminder for something that should be more natural, but needs some reminding from time to time. I love that the money gifted is essentially cash because it can be used for Amazon. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I'm not a fan of the "leaderboard" concept. What do you like best about Motivosity? It is very easy to reward employees who go over the top and live company values. What do you dislike about Motivosity? It's easy to reward employees just because you have money to do so. Somehow needs to do a better job of encouraging rewarding people because they did something good, not just because you have money at the end of the month and need to give it away. What do you like best about Motivosity? I love that Motivosity provides a space for employees to recognize one another! It gets the team excited to appreciate one another hard work, and when one is appreciated they work their BEST! As a new team member joining the team it was nice to recognized and thanked for hard work done.
