What do you like best about Motivosity? I love how you're able to reward good doers at the company when you notice something and it's public to everyone. Plus the benefits of being able to spend money on things is fun as well. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Wish there were more options for things to buy. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? it improves my relationships with my co workers, sometimes we dont say things face to face, or we just dont realize how a small thing can mean a lot in some cases.
