What do you like best about Motivosity? I like having the mobile accessibility to this. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Only offers gift cards as a reward. Need to have more options for awards. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Motivosity helps with employee engagement in an otherwise remote operations model. The ease of connectivity and being able to immediately recognize someone for their efforts.

What do you like best about Motivosity? There is a bit of fun when it comes to using Motivosity to reward and incentivize activities. Bonuses are a great way to reach goals. I like having a tangible item at the end of accruing recognition. It's also a great way to learn about other team members through the profiles and personality assessments. It makes it easy to share with a small think you to the teams who are not in the same office. What more can I say? I makes a good tool for building that co-located feeling in. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I sometimes craps out on Safari for Mac. Hangs, doesn't load. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Global Team Building
