What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity seemed silly to me at first, kinda like a way for businesses to do fake incentives, but once I started using it, I loved it. Getting motivosity was a bigger incentive than paycheck bonuses, because you can use it instantly, and it actually feels like a bonus, not like just part of the paycheck.
