"Nothing but friendliness and knowledgeable customer service."

What do you like best about Motive? After having horrible service from our last provider, it was like a breath of fresh air with the service and assistance we have gotten from KeepTruckin. It doesn't matter if it is office personnel or a driver that calls the customer service, they are always knowledgeable and make sure the problem is solved. What do you like best about Motive? The ease of use, good customer support, accessibility What do you dislike about Motive? Document tab is unresponsive sometimes. What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? Compliance with ELD, used it before the ELD and saved money on paper logs.

What do you like best about Motive? Timely and professional customer service. The support team is extremely knowledgable and happy to help no matter how small the question or concern is. They make sure every question is answered before they let you off the phone. What do you dislike about Motive? "Easy for drivers and management"

What do you like best about Motive? Drivers can report their hours in an easy to use system, and be in compliance with no worries. What do you dislike about Motive? In a large fleet specially, it should be a way to identify or warn management, who is not connected to their internet while they (the drivers) are already working and driving. What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? None so far.

What do you like best about Motive? I love the fact it's built specifically for truck/fleet management. It solves a ton of the feature issues we had noticed with other logistics tools/software and is easy to set up. What do you dislike about Motive? Nothing! The tool IS limited in that it's specific (for us anyway) to distribution chain management, but that's the use we got it for. "Best E-log company"

What do you like best about Motive? Their customer support is top notch. The OS is very user-friendly. We have all the features, reports that we require. The FM system is pretty much secure and bug-free, as soon as there is an error, their tech support is proactively looking into your problems.
