What do you like best about Motive? customer service is very responsive, the map of fleets What do you dislike about Motive? inaccurate odometer readings and daily mileages, we request re-compute mileages to the customer service frequently. What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? odometer readings could be better than now, daily mileage is way off sometimes as well

What do you like best about Motive? I don't have to continually remember to make sure my log book is filled out correctly and it verifies my hours worked are recorded. What do you dislike about Motive? Haven't found an issue yet. Am I suppose to make something up? What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? I've already clarified this in what I like best.

What do you like best about Motive? What i like best about Keep Truckin is that they have listened to their customers. The App has been a great asset! What do you dislike about Motive? the phone app could use some TLC. the desktop version is great! What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? I've been able to address idling issues, Maintenance, fault codes in a timely mannor. in turn, we've been able to utilize our fleet and reduce our cost on upkeep.

What do you like best about Motive? What I like best about Keep Truckin' is the always prompt and consistent support that I receive, regardless of the issue. What do you dislike about Motive? I have not found a reason to distrust or dislike my experience with Keep Truckin'. What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? I generally have issues with hours of service (on my end). I have realized many time saving and compliance benefits every time a Keep Truckin customer ...

Cameras need to be improved a lot, we are having a lot of replacements, and our patient is honestly getting to the end when it comes to cameras What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? There are good options for how we monitor our drivers through KT and equipment itself
