"Good ELD system that has it's flaws"

What do you like best about Motive? Easy of installation. Basically plug in and get going What do you dislike about Motive? Problems with truck moving when it's not. Getting stuck on drivetime. What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? Only using ELD's because of the government mandates.

What do you like best about Motive? Customer Support is top of the line. They are always quick to respond to emails and even quicker when finding solutions. The sales department and the customer success manager are always there if you need them. What do you dislike about Motive? sometimes they dont solve the issues because its not their fault, so they dont provide a case number to justify the issue.
