"why I would recommend Motive"

What do you like best about Motive? how easy it is to check for the safe driving of my drivers What do you dislike about Motive? I have no complaints on using this system What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? Driver logs are being monitored better

"Amazing trucking tools for carriers and drivers !"

What do you like best about Motive? Easy navigation! The website is pretty much self-explanatory and is very easy to find of figure things out. What do you dislike about Motive? Nothing really, Motive works great and is fully equipped with all necessary info. What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? Keep an eye on safety, and see where my drivers are at. Also connecting to ELD is a breeze. Make sure logs are submitted, with no errors

What do you like best about Motive? Keep trucking is always available, no matter what time I call. The reps are always extremely knowledgeable, patient and committed to making sure my issue is resolved right away. What do you dislike about Motive? I have had only one bad experience with a rep from Keep truckin and it was in regards to applying for the new fuel card. He led me to believe my personal credit would not be utilized and it was. I was not able to get back in touch with this rep ...

What do you like best about Motive? The Dashboard and maintenance is helpful with tracking service schedules. What do you dislike about Motive? There are a few glitches in the system, such as: 1 The IFTA reporting will give you miles by state, but not the odometer on the same report. 2 the ELD is sometimes slow to update. What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? We were having problems keeping up with the maint., and now we are able to track our trucks more accurately.

What do you like best about Motive? Easy to tyrack down our drivers if we have to. What do you dislike about Motive? The only thing I dislike is when the page loads a lil bit longer sometimes. What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? Driver's location. The benefit is I can also update our clients about the ETA of our deliveries.

We have lots of trouble with trucks reporting mileage for IFTA reporting. We have trouble with software updates to the ELD for firmware. It takes time to convince customer service and engineering that it will not download the firmware for the ...

"I haven't had many issues, when I did, they were always there to respond."

What do you like best about Motive? Great customer service. Available any time I need them What do you dislike about Motive? Having issues in the first place. But they always resolve them. Recommendations to others considering Motive: It's a really good value for what you pay for it. What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? Mostly with the ELD logging off for particular reason. Driver being logged off of the current truck.

What do you like best about Motive? The ease of operation and clear screens noting time left to drive etc What do you dislike about Motive? Nothing I can think of at this time as the app is user friendly. What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? I haven't had any issues yet.

What do you like best about Motive? Keep Truckin provided a smooth transition from our previous provider. The software is very user friendly and the technical support is available around the clock. What do you dislike about Motive? Every so often, getting new units in can take awhile due to the unavailabilty of units in stock.
