What do you like best about Motive? The ease of installation and the user interface on the app. I was able to put these in my vehicles and get online fairly quickly. I have not used any other device so I have no comparisons. What do you dislike about Motive? What do you like best about Motive? Motive has a good product, easy interface and good logging, but, it has very dishonest business practices and I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. "Keep Truckin is the most User-Friendly ELD for small fleets!"

What do you like best about Motive? The ease-of-use!! Implementing and onboarding drivers, and implementing vehicle maintenance and schedules is very simple! And the dashboard is helpful to audit. What do you dislike about Motive? The customer service gets disconnected and there have been some reps that were not educated on compliance. What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? The auditing tool is amazing!

Billing issues, they say you are locked in for three years at 1,000 a year for a owner operator. We went out of business and they continue to bill us What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? They are not solving anything, we are broke and they continue to charge us a $1000.00 a year, they refuse to cancel
