"Worst customer service - Only give you the run-around and lie to your face"

What do you like best about Motive? Logs - because customer service is so bad and have had unresolved billing issues it makes a decent product very frustrating to use and deal with. Also have 2 devices that don't work at all. What do you dislike about Motive? Customer serice sucks and they lie- I still haven't received any of the promised refunds. What do you like best about Motive? Both the driver app and the fleet side on the fleet app or the pc is easy to use and affordable. The added features the provide from location, camera integration, and even fuel cost and fuel discount cards are great features that are available for the right company. What do you like best about Motive? Everything I like everything about this platform. Especially the ease to look things up on their website. What do you dislike about Motive? Nothing, I do not dislike anything. I really like it. What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? We use KeepTruckin to keep track of everything. We no longer worry about being audited by the DOT.
